Content Creator

We’re searching for an extremely bright and energetic self-starter with excellent customer service and time management skills to produce high-quality content for us and our clients. Your primary responsibility: update existing material, generate novel work, and identify new ways to reach consumers. 


To be a successful content creator, you should focus on appealing to consumers’ interests by creating engaging material. Ultimately, you will help us and our clients reach target audiences by delivering both useful and appealing online information about our company, our clients, and their products.


Your work will include:

  • working directly with clients to understand and document their needs,
  • writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms,

Web Administrator/Helpdesk 

We’re searching for an extremely bright and energetic self-starter with excellent customer service and time management skills to manage websites on behalf of our customers. Your primary responsibility: provide technical support for WordPress, Drupal, and Laravel based websites. 


Your work will include:

  • working directly with clients to understand and document their needs via phone, email, or video chat,
  • providing administrative and technical support for client websites,
  • updating website content,
  • implementing new features,
  • debugging issues that may occur,
  • ensuring websites are fully functional and secure,
  • updating website documentation with any technical changes

Requirements:

  • Experience working with WordPress and/or Drupal
  • Experience working with PHP
  • Deep knowledge of web design & implementation processes
  • Proficiency in HTML (HTML5 preferred), CSS (CSS3 preferred), PHP, and JavaScript
  • Understand SEO core elements and have experience tuning sites for search-engine results
  • Works autonomously; self-motivated, self-starter, and self-learner
  • Takes ownership; demonstrates responsibility; internally driven to complete tasks and improve websites
  • Comfortable collaborating with others on projects and working in a team environment 
Experience working with Laravel is not required but is a plus.
