Lasinja – Revolutionizing Payroll Management for the Virgin Islands
Payroll and Gross Receipts taxes are a fundamental part of doing business in the Virgin Islands. Calculating payroll taxes and filling out tax forms manually took an average of 2-6 hours every pay period, depending on the size of the business. The Virgin Islands is home to approximately 3,500 private sector employers and 25,000 private sector employees, and all of these businesses needed a more efficient way to manage payroll.

However, their manual, paper-based application process for tax incentive programs was hindering efficiency and accessibility for both applicants and reviewers.
